My current lease is up February 28th. Ive been looking for rental houses that will be available around 2/15 so I have some time to move and am not rushed but most rental houses only require a 30 day notice. Just thought maybe.if I posted ab ad someone with rental homes or a duplex would see & have something they know will be available.It's for me and my 4 year old son. I'm a leasing consultant and work off Hulen and close to I30 so preferably something in that area. Ridgmar, white settlement areas are okay as well. Just not right in Como or somewhere in the "slums."I am willing to pay up $700/month depending on the area & condition of the house/duplex. I will also consider a 3 bdrm if someone is needing a roommate or wouldn't mind a roommate situation with me having a child in the house. IF I do that, I would prefer a student, but if you're not a student you'll have to have a job, a car, references and be willing to meet a few times before I even consider it. No party people... Light drinking & smoking outside is fine. Also, no inside animals.
