We are looking to fill the position of Front Desk Receptionist for a medium sized law firm in Richardson, Texas. Requirements: •Professional appearance & attitude; •Punctual as office hours are from 8am - 5pm Duties (but not limited to): •Answering multi-lined phone in a courteous and professional manner; •Receiving and distributing mail; •Greet incoming guests and directing individuals to the appropriate persons; •Answering general questions of callers; •Monitor and maintain office supplies for staff; •Scheduling of conference rooms; •Organization and upkeep of front entrance and break room; •Assisting staff in projects•Open file and organize the file for attorneys •Scan documents and make copies •Other assignment as neededMust be punctualMust be proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust be organizedMust be professionalMust have interpersonal skillsMust be proactive Location: Richardson, TX Compensation: $10 to $12Principals only.
